Given the importance of OHS, this short course provides an overview of the relevant overarching legal framework as well as the rationale for legal compliance. Through an examination of the relevant legislation, this course emphasises the key principles and core skills that are needed to promote OHS compliance.

This course will also examine the importance of OHS policies and indemnity agreements, while focusing on the duties of specific identified role players. Ultimately, this course will emphasise the importance and the procedure of monitoring and evaluating OHS compliance.
